Property Destiny Merchants abbreviated PDM, has been operational for 8 years under a business name and it was incorporated in March 2023. Our aim is to transform and inspire lives through real estate across the country by serving both domestic and diaspora market on the basis of integrity and honesty. Consequently, we aspire to bring a revolution in real estate as we bridge our clients’ visualization to authenticity.

How it works

Find a Perfect Property

  • Site visit

    Many clients who are first-time buyers with us opt to go for a site visit. This is very important as it helps them confirm if what they saw online matches what is on the ground. It is then that they are also able to identify the beacons on the property they are purchasing.

  • Offer letter

    After the client is satisfied with what they saw on the ground, we give them an offer letter to sign. This document includes their official names, ID number, contact details, and the plot number they are interested in. The document also includes the method of payment the client has opted for, i.e., cash payment or higher purchase. Once the letter is signed, it is mandated that the payment be made within seven days; otherwise, the offer is revocable.

  • Sale Agreement

    This is a well-detailed document that gives evidence of engagement between the buyer and PDM. It elaborates on the terms of engagement. This is the document the buyer holds on to as they await their title deed.

  • Title deed transfer

    Once the client is done with the payment, we have them sign a document in order to transfer the title deed from the company's name to theirs.

  • Title deed collection

    Within 60 days after the purchase, we normally have the title deed ready for collection. We do door delivery even for clients in diaspora. Also, clients have the liberty to collect the document from our offices.
